How to grow

If it grows at great depths, then its leaves in the lower parts of the stems will begin to fall off. Tropical aquariums will be the most suitable for growing this beauty, since temperatures ranging from 22 to 26 degrees have an extremely favorable effect on its development. The temperature regime in the region of 20 degrees will not be destructive for her, respectively, in moderately warm aquariums, she will also develop normally.

Regarding the aqueous medium, it can be noted that it should be soft and have a slightly acidic reaction. If a geteranteur is placed in an aquarium with too hard water, this will have a detrimental effect on the development of the leaves and they will almost completely fall off. But in old water, she feels very comfortable. If you add peat to it in small doses, then it is allowed not to change the water for a long period.

The quality of the soil does not have a big effect on the growth of Heterantera Holly - absolutely any soil is suitable, which gives an excellent plant the opportunity to take root. This beauty receives all the most important nutrients directly from the water. In this regard, she does not need systematic feeding.
