All this is a proverb, and the tale begins with the selection of a certain diet that promotes weight loss
The wrong foods that interfere with weight loss
Let's start our systematic weight loss by inspecting what is in our refrigerator and destroying or giving to third parties for eating what we are not supposed to lose weight at all. And for the future, it would be good to either drastically reduce these products in volume, or completely eliminate them from our diet, so that excess weight does not think to return to our hips and stomachs.
Champion foods in the content of evil calories, which are deposited by excess weight on our body, or provoke fluid retention in it, adding extra pounds to us:
• flour and baked goods made from it (bran, rye is still allowed, but only in small quantities);
• sugar (the less it is in the diet, the better!), Sweets;
• salt (it is not necessary to completely remove it from the diet, but it really should be reduced, and at the time of losing weight, do not eat cans of country cucumbers with salted tomatoes);
• fast food, semi-finished products (there are no comments here - it's hard to come up with something more harmful);
• sausages, sausages, smoked meats, pickles, preserves;
• fried foods;
• too fatty foods (mayonnaise is also referred to here) or foods with high fat content.
The right foods for weight loss
On this, in principle, the list of wrong products can be completed. It is clear that a lot of tasty things remain "overboard". But if these products are not in the diet, you will surely pay attention to others, very useful ones, which will help you balance your diet so that from now on it will only contribute to weight loss and normalization of weight.
This is first and foremost
vegetables. You cannot do without them if you decide to lose weight. They contain vitamins, and trace elements, and protection against many diseases, and fiber, and low calorie content. It will be very good if these vegetables get on the table from our summer cottage or a suburban plot of land. These vegetables will be of great benefit to the body. You know exactly how you grow them, what you fertilize, water and so on. In addition, the benefits of vegetables grown in the region of residence, and not brought "from over the hill" unripe, is undeniable, agree.
As for vegetables, I would also like to suggest that it is best to use them fresh in the diet. It can also be stewed. But these vegetables lose some of their vitamins. Never fry them. Moreover, do not eat fried potatoes. Here's an interesting point. One and the same product, the same potato, can be the most harmful and useful for different cooking methods. Potatoes baked in a peel in the oven (in the microwave it is also possible) on the wire rack becomes a fat-burning product. That is, to the next burner of internal body fats. But potatoes, fried with oil, contain carcinogenic fats, high calorie content, poorly absorbed by the body, and heavy for the liver.
The next line of products that you need to saturate your diet "to the eyeballs" -
fruits and berries … The requirements are the same - it is desirable that they come from their own garden. To be fresh, not canned, boiled, candied. It is also desirable that they be ripe. Neat with grapes and bananas. They are high in calories.
Don't forget about
greens! It contains a lot of fiber and practically no calories. Therefore, you can eat it as much as you like. And even his country house and even more so.
Now let's talk about
bread. How much it can be consumed by those who cannot do without bread at all. Rye, bran bread or toast in the amount of a couple of pieces per day can still be eaten with food. You can also dry bread cut into croutons in the oven. These croutons can be "swallowed" no more than a handful a day, for example, with vegetable soup or salad.
Now for the important point.
About meat and fish. Meat is suitable for dietary nutrition of any variety, except for very fatty ones. Subtract pork (at least temporarily), beef fat, poultry skin from the menu. Poultry, lean beef, low-fat fish (not herring or mackerel for sure), eggs - all this is possible. But we remind you - only boiled, baked, stewed. Not fried! And a day, a portion of any type of animal protein product should be no more than 200 grams. This is not the end of the balancing of our diet until the New Year.
