The other day I leafed through the pages of the diaries of residents and visitors of "Asienda" and noticed that the topic of losing weight for them, and for me, to be honest, is far from the last in their interests. Even the Miss Hacienda contest is based on the website, thanks to which the winner of the resource will be identified who will not be able to gain excess weight until the New Year 2015. In this regard, I decided to share my experience with readers and my knowledge of various ways to lose weight. If you feel unwell, unpleasant symptoms such as severe dizziness, fainting, or with sharp and prolonged pain in the gastrointestinal tract, skin rashes, you should stop using the procedure that is currently being used to reduce weight and turn to another.
Factor 2. There is a natural rule. With a small amount of excess weight, it will be slower to go away with a diet or other procedures aimed at losing weight than with a too overweight from the norm. And then this will not happen due to the removal of fat cells from the body, but due to the withdrawal of more fluid from it. Therefore, each of us will lose weight and lose weight in its own way. Exactly how it would be more correct for the body and how much weight it bothers.
There is another pattern that I, like many losing weight and trying to keep themselves in the shape of a woman, experienced myself. The scheme for throwing off excess weight is usually as follows. For example, you have an extra 10 kilos. In the first week, if you do not go on the scales every day and apply comprehensive weight loss measures, including diet, exercise and activity, cosmetic procedures, then you can be surprised at the cool result in minus 4-5 kilos. In this case, we immediately think - in, it's started!
And we happily calculate that next week we will drop the same amount, and then we are not far from the optimal result. But no. In the second week, with the same manipulations, you can see that you have lost exactly 1-2 kilograms of weight. We are terrified - what was done wrong? In fact, everything is correct. The body reacted with stress in the first week. In the second, I came to my senses and began to resist. Accumulate fat and calories from what is offered to him. There is nothing dangerous and alarming in this process, and it is quite logical.
Therefore, you should not abandon the abruptly started business, but you need to continue it until the weight is normalized. Let it take not a couple of weeks, but a lot more, the main thing is that the weight gradually and smoothly goes away week after week. You can (and most likely will) lose weight not smoothly, but in jerks. Again, this is the norm. The main thing is to follow the set of measures that you have chosen in order to reduce your weight.
Factor 3. We decide the most important thing - what methods will we use to lose weight? The most correct thing is not to refer to only one of them. The more your manipulations will be attracted for the benefit of improving the figure, the better. Number one in any weight loss is nutrition. It is not necessary to choose one long-term diet and follow it for a month or two. You can simply adjust your diet so that it is balanced in terms of protein, carbohydrate and fat intake. Also, so that it contains the necessary trace elements for a normal physical state, so that the calorie content of the daily food intake does not exceed the norm at which the body can smoothly reduce weight.
