The conversation is going on (a very important point on which we want to draw the reader's attention) specifically about freshly squeezed juices from fresh (!) Vegetables, herbs, fruits, berries grown in our own (!) Backyard, and not somewhere in distant Asia or Europe. And in no case is it talking about juices from tetra packets or canned in cans and bottles.

So, there are several main reasons for introducing fresh juices from products from your summer cottage into your diet. The first reason is, of course, in vitamins, organic acids and trace elements. Thanks to the fresh products from which the juice is made and the absence of the principles of canning, cooking, heating the juice, and so on during its preparation, all the beneficial substances contained in the ingredients of the drink are preserved.

The second reason is dietary fiber. They contain fruits, vegetables, herbs, from which juice is squeezed out. Many of these foods also contain valuable pectin, which does not break down when juiced. If a portion of the pulp of products is added to freshly squeezed juices, then such juices contain (in addition to vitamins) both dietary fiber and pectin. The former successfully remove, thanks to the coarse fiber they contain, digested food through the intestines. And pectin helps to cleanse blood vessels of harmful cholesterol.

The third reason is the dietary filling of such a product as freshly squeezed juice. It contains no fat, no sugar, only fructose for sweetening, which is found in the fruit itself. But such a drink gives energy. That is, he is the best solution in the menu to maintain a diet and good physical shape.

How to do it correctly and how to take freshly squeezed juices?

Freshly squeezed juices should not be drunk after meals, but before, say, half an hour before meals. You can drink them as a snack between meals. Freshly squeezed juice taken after eating overloads the digestive system, and does not help it, it causes fermentation in the intestines.

Juices squeezed from vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs after cooking would be correct to dilute with water or mineral water in a ratio where water would occupy one part, and juice two. Beet juice needs to be diluted even more - one part juice for five parts water. Also, after the beet juice is squeezed out, he needs to be allowed to stand on the table for about an hour or two, only then it can be drunk.

The most neutral juice is pumpkin juice. It doesn't even need to be diluted with water. Well, beet juice has long been considered an aggressor in the human body. Therefore, it must be taken very carefully and in the correct doses.

If you have any serious diseases, chronic, allergic reactions, you should consult your doctor about which juices are indicated for you and will not cause you to feel unwell and discomfort in the stomach and intestines.

Juice should be made from the freshest vegetables and fruits that you just removed from a tree or garden. It is not recommended to cook freshly squeezed juices from old products, spoiled. Their value will be much lower than those prepared from a quality product. It will also be true to use vegetables, fruits, and other horticultural crops from your region, even better from your summer cottage. For such products, you can safely vouch that they are not stuffed with nitrates, taken from the beds ripe and not brought from exotic countries.

When preparing juices, use them in a mixture of vegetables and fruits, as this combination is justified in advance. Fruit juices provide more vitamins to the drink, and vegetable juices provide more minerals and organic salts. In addition, vegetables, herbs and fruits in one drink crush each other's aggressive action, if any.

After taking any freshly squeezed juice, rinse your mouth, as this drink has a detrimental effect on tooth enamel. Better yet, drink it through a straw.

Let's not remind you that before juicing, you should carefully prepare the products for it: rinse, remove the cores, possibly peel, and so on.

Recipes for summer cottage freshly squeezed juices

Cucumber vegetable juice for slimming and beautiful skin. A mixture of products such as: one fresh cucumber, a bunch of celery or two of its stalks, a clove of garlic, a piece (half a teaspoon) of ginger root is used for squeezing juice.

A cocktail to support the immune system. A mix of products such as two sweet bell peppers, three apples, two pears, any citrus fruit or quince is used.

A cocktail to increase energy in the body. Two beets, two carrots, one lemon or quince, three apples, 4 cm of ginger root are used.

Calcium drink. You will need a cup of broccoli cabbage inflorescences, three carrots, one apple, parsley (bunch), half a quince.

Vitamin autumn drink. For him, squeeze the juice from a piece of white cabbage, one cucumber, two apples, one pear, a bunch of any greens.

Drink "Italian noon". For him you need a bunch of white grapes, two carrots, 2-3 peaches, five apricots.

Pumpkin drink. You will need to squeeze it out of cranberries or another piece of pumpkin pulp. Honey should be added to the drink to taste.
