There are several ways that are available to everyone, do not require special material investments and do not contradict the laws

Light sensor

A simple scheme, when one room or terrace is involved, is done rather primitively and differs in a simple design. All you need is a light sensor, a table lamp and, if desired, a radio receiver. The selected units are connected to a sensor that is plugged into an electrical outlet. With the onset of darkness, the electricity will automatically turn on and everything will work. Shutdown will occur at dawn. In the same way, you can use a luminaire installed on the street by purchasing another light sensor.

If you, leaving the cottage, prefer to de-energize the house, then you can use the voltage of the car battery. In this case, you will need to replace the incandescent lamp with a low-power or flashlight. If you are planning weekend visits, you can get by with ordinary batteries.

For economical backlighting, it is recommended to consider the use of LEDs. Today there is a large assortment with increased light output, which is quite enough to illuminate a room and create the effect of presence.

Presence effect

Without special expensive equipment connected to the systems of security agencies and the police, you can independently equip your house with protection - devices that create the effect of presence. How it works? It's pretty simple. In your absence, the light turns on, voices are heard. There are more tricky options: the lighting turns on and off in different rooms one by one, at a given interval. The radio turns on, recording with music or imitation of a conversation, after an hour everything calms down, then again sounds are heard that can be heard from the street.

How it works? To implement such a situation, you need to purchase a relay module of the required modification and several universal modules. In every house there is a radio receiver, a table lamp, an mp3 player or a tape recorder, and you will also need a disc with a recording of the conversation and "house noises".

Modification of the module is the ability to set the frequency of switching on, respectively, the device is equipped with a timer with a set interval. Thus, the created system will respond to the timer signals by activating the modified relay, and send commands to the secondary modules. At the right time, the contacts break, power is not supplied - everything subsides and goes out.

If the owner does not want to take risks, leaving the house energized and leaving, disconnects the switch in the dashboard, then this system can work in a de-energized house. For these purposes, the installation of such a subsystem is being considered with the use of low-voltage lamps, low-power radio receivers operating autonomously on batteries.

Opening detectors with siren

The one who is sure that without knowledge in electronics cannot make an alarm system is mistaken. We offer a simple system that anyone can use. You will need a sound siren, or rather a piezoelectric siren. It has a small size (80 g) and a powerful sound comparable to the roar of an airplane (110 dB).

The essence of the signaling action is to close-open a contact of any kind (magnets, mechanism). An audible signal occurs when a contact is broken in a closed circuit. It is better to use magnetic sensors that are installed on the door, it is better to use all the windows on the first floor. Power is supplied from a reduced energy of 12 volts. If the power supply comes from the mains, then you need a transformer; it is logical to use a battery to recharge a smartphone, tablet or battery.

All devices are connected by a two-wire cable. In working form, the action takes place as follows: a closed contact on the door passes the current passing to the relay coil, which is in an open state - the siren does not work. If the door opens, the circuit breaks, and accordingly closes in the siren power system. The consequence is a deafening howl. The power of the sound is so great that it is impossible to withstand it, the uninvited guest will be forced to flee. A similar alarm based on a car horn will be less sonorous.

Outcome

I would like to note that the relevance of such protection methods is quite high. The only drawback is nutrition. Using autonomous sources, you need to periodically visit your empty home at least once a month to charge the batteries and change the batteries. And yet - in winter, when the paths are covered with snow, the option with elements of presence and light sensors is ineffective, since from afar it is clear that there are no traces on the territory, respectively, no one lives.
