You can get great pleasure from life in the country, but this is possible only if you make the most of all the possibilities of country life - not only dig the beds, but also walk, communicate with neighbors, walk mushrooms, to the river, read - in a word, enjoy. And the more opportunities you use, the more you move, the body is energized, the muscles get tone, and you feel that you are Living, and not just "working" in the beds.

Country life is conducive to proper nutrition - whatever one may say. Firstly, there is no supermarket with a pastry department within a 3-minute walk. Secondly, fresh vegetables, fruits and berries from their own vegetable garden and garden are so fresh and tasty that they will please even those who have forgotten the taste of natural products due to flavor enhancers and other additives in modern synthetic food. Thirdly, food in the country is entirely healthy homemade food (unless, of course, you have brought semi-finished products with you). And it is prepared very easily and simply - in a couple of minutes you can "shave off" a salad, in ten to fifteen you can make goulash from chicken breasts, and cooking a vitamin soup is a task for a student.
The values of country life
Nutrition is influenced not only by the nature of the food. There are so many things to do at the dacha that sometimes you just forget to eat. But even if you do not forget, there is not something from which we often suffer at home or in the office, when we eat from boredom, unnecessary stress, monotonous routine life.
Therefore, life in the country is a great opportunity to get rid of many bad habits that prevent you from losing weight. First, you will eat less often. Secondly, only healthy products are at hand. Thirdly, in the country you always get up earlier, which means an earlier breakfast. There are few people who watch TV late at night in the country. In the daytime you run so badly that it’s not up to the police chases. This means no nightly supper. In a word, wherever you look - from the country life for the figure there are only advantages.
