4. After a deep breath, through the nose, make a short exhale, exhale the remaining air through the mouth until the lungs are fully compressed, the stomach is drawn in as much as possible. Repeat 3 r.

Differs in soft and light technique, has no contraindications for pregnant women. The advantage is the convenience of carrying out, as you can do it whenever you want. As a result of exercise, a load on the abdominal muscles is provided, and calories are burned one and a half times faster than when exercising on an exercise bike. For body shaping, just two exercises are enough.
Exercise 1
Performed while standing, legs slightly apart. The left hand is at the top, its wrist is grasped by the right, the pelvis is pushed forward. We stretch our arms up and to the right. At this time, "breathe in with the stomach", exhale is arbitrary. We change the position of the hands from left to right and repeat everything accordingly in a mirror image.
