Advice 1. Always wear heavy cotton gloves with a rubberized palm surface before starting gardening work. They will protect the skin of the hands from mechanical stress and prevent the formation of calluses.
Tip 2. Take nourishing baths regularly. They will nourish the skin with useful substances, restore the hydrolipid balance, and increase the protective barrier. Use sea salt, milk, natural vegetable and essential oils to prepare the baths. If calluses cannot be avoided, resort to healing baths, for example, from a decoction or infusion of oak bark, chamomile, sage or calendula. They will relieve pain, eliminate dryness and flaking, which also often haunts the skin of people working with the soil.
Tip 3. Use a scrub after gardening or gardening. It softens the skin of the hands, protects against the formation of so-called dry calluses, accelerates the regeneration processes (that is, the process of restoring the cover), and removes stubborn dirt. By the way, you can make a scrub yourself, for example, by combining honey or olive oil with sea salt. Remember that you cannot use a scrub if there are wet calluses, cracks, wounds or burns on the skin. First, you need to heal the damage with pharmacy ointments.
Tip 4. Few people know, but the lack of vitamins A and E is one of the main reasons for the formation of dry corns. Make up for the deficiency through food or pharmacy vitamins. The latter, in turn, have an insignificant price and are subject to any wallet. Of the products, pork liver, wild garlic, viburnum, seaweed, broccoli, feta cheese, pepper, dried apricots, almonds, walnuts, etc. are rich in vitamins A and E.
Tip 5. The protective cream is the summer resident's best friend during the gardening season. Use it several times a day. It will protect the skin from adverse factors and reduce the likelihood of calluses. The cream must necessarily contain vegetable oils (for example, shea, coconut, grape seeds), lanolin, aloe extract, herbal extracts, allantoin or vitamin complexes.

Advice 1. Callus is the most dangerous because it can be the culprit for blood infections. Never use a needle or anything to remove its contents yourself. If the corn has burst, do not hesitate, treat it with a disinfectant solution, for example, alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, and stick a plaster on top of it, which will protect against the penetration of pathogenic bacteria inside. Lubricate the burst corn daily with a pharmacy ointment, for example, "Levomekol" or "Levosin", and in advanced cases, use "Baneosin".
Tip 2. Dry corn, although it does not bring pain, does not look very aesthetically pleasing, especially on female hands. To get rid of the trouble, be sure to take baths, and then apply pharmaceutical ointments based on lactic acid on the rough areas. It gently acts on the cover without burning it, and quickly dissolves rough areas. Among the pharmacy ointments with lactic acid, one can mention "Antimozolin". Also, in the fight against dry calluses, ointments with the inclusion of salicylic acid are effective, but you need to be extremely careful with them, since this component is quite aggressive. You should consult your doctor first.
Tip 3. Similar drugs are effective in the fight against core calluses, but in this case, a longer period of treatment is required. Therefore, doctors most often advise resorting to cardinal methods, for example, cryopreparations. They are designed to "freeze" the corn and eliminate it. But it is also important to be extremely careful with them, and always with the preliminary consultation of a doctor!
