When you observe the life of plants and small children, you understand that very little is required for human happiness. Moreover, the Almighty is a very prudent and caring Creator. He made the Earth comfortable and joyful. And only the excessive gluttony of people makes them unhappy
Why only three?
What does a baby need to be cheerful and cheerful?
1. Stomach comfort
When a mother is always there and at any time can give her child life-giving milk, it means that the child is provided with the comfort of the stomach. A well-fed child will not yell and be mischievous. An empty stomach forces him to cry.
When my children were young, as soon as I hesitated with the preparation of food, they began to be mischievous, to quarrel. But, having filled their little bellies with food, they, not yet completely emptying the plates, began to sing together at the table. It was both funny and instructive.
2. Body comfort
The second reason for a child to cry is wet sliders. As soon as you wash your bottom and put on dry clothes, peace and happiness return to your home.
3. Soul comfort
The soul is given along with birth and loves care and affection very much. When a child is surrounded by caring loved ones, his soul rejoices and celebrates life.
Three components of a happy life
I cited the life of a child as an example, because in it, without any embellishment or dark secrets, three components of a happy life are visible. They play exactly the same role in the life of plants and in the life of an adult.
1. Comfort of the "stomach"
Let's look at the plants. Without a nutrient medium, whether it is soil (for most terrestrial plants), moisture of dew and fog (for epiphytic plants, succulent plants of deserts), or even just clean air (for lichens), that is, the comfort of the "stomach" would not please us powerful oaks, graceful birches, fragrant rose hips or vegetable roots.
Carrots, for example, lacking good lighting and sufficient moisture in the soil, grow hard, unsuitable for producing carrot juice or mouth-watering crunch, and ugly. Indeed, in order to obtain moisture, it has to branch out, releasing additional roots that turn a slender and well-behaved carrot into a fabulous inedible monster.
Plants and humans have different tastes. Give some acidic soil (carrots, sorrel, potatoes, pumpkin, sunflower, aster, gladiolus …), the second - alkaline (beets, broccoli, spinach, burnet, lady's slipper …), the third - neutral, and the fourth can live without soil.
2. Body comfort
When a plant is overwhelmed by viruses, bacteria, insects that disturb the comfort of the "body", the plant begins to shed its leaves from grief, refuses to bloom and leave offspring.
Fruit trees, attacked by caterpillars of a cute butterfly named "Ringed silkworm", rapidly devouring leaves - part of the "body" of a plant, turn into sterile creatures for several years.
The comfort of the "body" of plants has many enemies. Moisture-loving plants are especially annoyed by fungi of various kinds, for which a humid environment is favorable. They transform an important part of the plant, the roots, into vile mucus, depriving the plant of life. That is why, reading the literature on growing plants, you constantly come across lines that abundant watering should not provoke stagnation of water.
3. Soul comfort
If earlier people only speculated and guessed, today scientists have proved that plants also have a soul, which is scared to look at the lumberjack's ax raised above the trunk, writhe in pain in the flames of fires.
Plants generously share their spiritual powers with a person, without demanding anything in return. But, if they feel the care of a person who helps plants fight enemies, provides moisture in hot weather, loosens the soil for better oxygen access to the roots, then they answer only with goodness and joy.
