The fruits of this plant are flat, smooth and elliptical biseeds.
Under natural conditions, three-bladed azure is found on the territory of Belarus, Moldova, in the East Caucasian, West Caucasian, Dagestan and Prikavkaz regions of the Caucasus, as well as also on the territory of the European part of Russia in the following regions: Zavolzhsky, Volzhsko-Kamsky, Volzhsko-Don and Prichernomorsky. As for the general distribution, this plant can be found in Iran, Western Europe, Asia Minor, Armenia, North Africa and the Balkan Peninsula. For growth, the plant prefers edges, calcareous slopes, cliffs, bushes, oak and oak-hornbeam forests.

The herb of this plant will contain an essential oil, while the leaves contain the flavonoid 7-glycoside of luteolin and vitamin C. The fruits of azure trilobate contain an essential oil, which contains alpha-pinene, perilla alcohol, perillic acid, alpha-fellandren, coumarin, selerin, perilla aldehyde. It is noteworthy that the lactones of the roots of this plant will be endowed with a very valuable antibacterial effect.
A decoction prepared on the basis of the fruits of this plant is recommended for use for respiratory infections, coughs, bowel diseases, and also as a very healing agent that will stimulate the central nervous system. It is noteworthy that in the experiment it was proved that the plant is also endowed with hypotensive effects. As for veterinary medicine, a decoction of the fruits of this plant is quite widespread here, which is recommended for use in flatulence.
