All components are cut into cubes, except for cheese and eggs - they need to be grated with large holes. To decorate the festive table with this salad, lay a layer of chicken on the bottom of the salad bowl and grease it with mayonnaise. Then the second layer is made of champignons and mayonnaise is added again. After that, mentally divide the area of / u200b / u200bthe salad into 4 equal sectors and lay the remaining four products on them in a circle. Here, a white egg will symbolize winter, a green cucumber - spring, a red tomato - summer, and yellow cheese - autumn. In this form, the salad looks very impressive. Naturally, before adding portions to the plates, it will need to be mixed with a spoon right in the salad bowl.
By the way, this salad is easy to turn into shawarma filling. To do this, add the same amount of sour cream to the mayonnaise and season with garlic. It will also be appropriate to add herbs such as dill. Put this mixture on pita bread and rub the Dutch cheese on top. It is also good to add Korean carrots. Roll the pita bread and heat in a dry frying pan until crisp.
Quick pickled mushrooms for salad
If there are no pickled mushrooms in the house, the Seasons salad will turn out delicious without them. Although there is a recipe for instant mushrooms, which in this case will be very useful. For this, in addition to champignons, you will need onions, carrots and garlic.
To prepare the marinade, measure 1 liter of water for 1 kg of mushrooms. It is brought to a boil and 1 table is added. spoonful of salt and sugar. Then 50 ml of vinegar, 2-3 bay leaves, a dozen peas of black pepper are sent there.
Champignons need to be washed, peeled and boiled. Rinse a clean jar with boiling water and fill with mushrooms. Cut the carrots, onions and garlic into slices, cut into several pieces and also send to the jar. Pour the contents of the hot marinade to the top and close the lid. Having prepared the mushrooms in the evening, in the morning they can already be used for culinary needs.
Hot Tomato Sandwiches
For this dish, you will need a loaf of not the first freshness, an egg, 2-3 tablespoons of milk, tomatoes, cheese and mayonnaise. Cut the loaf into slices. Beat a raw egg with milk and add a little salt to this mixture. Then we dip the loaf in it and fry.
While one side of the slice is browning, cut the tomato into small slices. Turn the loaf over in a frying pan and put a little mayonnaise on the fried side, then put the tomato and cover with a lid so that the vegetable lets the juice a little. After that, three cheese on top of the sandwiches and leave in the pan until it melts. Now you can remove the sandwiches from the heat and put them on the plates. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top. Serve hot.
You can make this dish more satisfying. To do this, at the same time when the tomato slices are laid out, add more pieces of ham or boiled or fried chicken fillet.
