If you choose the most unpretentious perennials, then you can give preference to perennial sage, Gaillardia, garden phlox, Veronica, Astilbe, Russian sage, Echinacea purpurea, Siberian iris, ornamental millet, thin-leaved coreopsis. Also recommended are scabiosa, heuchera, penstemon, sedum, hibiscus hardy, Japanese carnation, daylilies, chrysanthemums, rudbeckia, Asiatic lily, subulate phlox, hosts, anemones.

How to choose annual flowers

Annuals will be a bright accent, so they are essential for any flower garden. With their long flowering, they will decorate the territory, and the combination of multi-colored species will make shady places lively.

There are many annual flowers, so the choice is huge. The most versatile flower is marigolds. They have more than 60 varieties: they vary in height and are great for creating a certain range, since the buds are lemon, dark yellow, orange, burgundy, etc.

It is imperative to consider options with petunia, salvia, calendula, nasturtium, antirrium (snapdragon), alceolaria, lobelia, zinnia. For round shapes, begonia, fuchsia, ageratum, dimorphotes, annual dahlias, datura (dope) are ideal.

Annuals for low flower beds
