However, it is constantly necessary to reduce watering and temperature for several weeks. Before a new arrow forms on the clivia, it is not necessary to fertilize it. Then you should focus your actions on creating conditions that are comfortable for the flower. If the length of the arrow reaches up to seventeen centimeters, then it is necessary to water the plant with warm water. Here the increase in watering occurs gradually. With proper care, the peduncle from the arrow will appear very soon.

The main factors in caring for clivia grown at home are the correct watering and fertilizing of the flower. Water for the irrigation procedure needs to be defended for several days, and during the period of calm, water the plant as rarely as possible. But then, when the clivia again begins to move into the active phase, in one month it is necessary to gradually increase the water consumption for irrigation, using only warm water for this.
