For a sound, healthy sleep, it is useful to have a pillow with aromatic herbs. Thanks to its soothing properties, it will help you fall asleep quickly and well

Using herbal pillows improves sleep and calms the nerves. Making such pillows and sachets is not difficult: a small bag is stuffed with fragrant herbs that help improve sleep, which then needs to be put in a pillowcase worn on the pillow. The smell of medicinal herbs helps to improve sleep - a person sleeps soundly, sometimes even sees colorful and cheerful dreams. For example, here are a few herbs you can put in your pillow to improve sleep:

1. Lavender

Field lavender attracts bees with its scent. Its relaxing properties are used to improve sleep by adding the herb to special scented pads. Lavender pillow soothes well and is good for people of all ages to sleep.

Some people think they don't like the lavender scent. But this impression is erroneous, because in stores there are items (more often household chemicals) with the so-called lavender scent. But in fact, they are not - this is a fake.

To prevent the smell of lavender from fading for a long time, you can slightly grind the grass, or drip essential oil onto the pillow.

2. Hops

It is easy to find it in any vegetable garden in Central Russia. Hops are good for relaxation, nerves and sleep. It is recommended to use hop pads to get a good night's sleep before a busy and stressful day, and for students before exams. The grass is placed in the pillow both dry and fresh.

3. Chamomile

There is probably no person who does not know what fragrant aroma comes from blooming chamomile. Chamomile is especially beneficial for young children, so its delicious scent is used to improve children's sleep.

Some parents make animal pillows, fill them with chamomile, and put them under their kids' pillow or pillowcase. Even a bag lying next to the pillow, in which chamomile is sewn up, will calm the child with its relaxing aroma.
