How to choose a pumping station

The normal functioning of the household station is ensured due to the preliminary determination of goals, based on this, the design capacity of the unit is calculated. The type of equipment chosen is related to the following facts:

The average daily consumer displacement in a suburban economy has been established - it is 200-250 l / h, therefore, the power parameters should not be lower than the output level. Where to install the pumping station

The location depends on the intended use, for example, for year-round use, you need a caisson - an insulated pit with a deepening under the line of freezing of the ground. An easier way is installation under the house in the basement, where there will be no frost, and, in order to avoid noise and vibration, an interval from the walls and floor of the room is maintained. The summer version does not require special restrictions, the main thing is to reduce the distance to the place of water sampling and to minimize the length of the pipeline. Installation work algorithm

First, a connection diagram is drawn up with the designation of the main equipment nodes. The installation of the station itself provides for a stable position. For this, a base is made of concrete (60 * 60 cm) with the introduction of concrete bolts (100 mm), equivalent to the seats of 30 mm of the thread remains on the surface. Fastening is carried out with anchors; in order to avoid weakening from vibration, it is better to use an engraving washer. How to connect the station to the water supply system

For a test run, the station is filled with water (mains, accumulator, pump), valves are opened, electricity is turned on. The engine starts to work until it displaces all the air, thus, the pressure reaches a predetermined level, then the motor is turned off.
