It is also worth noting that in the aggregate, the entire content of alkaloids is capable of exhibiting very high antibacterial activity. The roots of herb periwinkle can become a beneficial source of the so-called uterine alkaloids, and besides this, also such alkaloids that will actively stimulate hematopoiesis and the activity of the central nervous system.
The herb periwinkle herb extract has cardiotonic, hypotensive and anesthetic effects. This extract is able to increase the amplitude of respiratory movements, and also causes bradycardia and myometrial spasm. An infusion made from herbal extract will have hypoglycemic properties.
