Description of walker lezeliev

The Lezeliev walker is an annual or biennial herb, the height of which fluctuates between forty and one hundred and twenty centimeters. The stems of this plant are straight and branched, and in the lower part, the stem is endowed with coarse-haired lower leaves. The leaves of this plant will be either lyre-pinnate or circular-pinnate. The flowers are painted in yellow tones, they will be four-membered, and in the brushes with fruits, such flowers begin to elongate. The fruits of the Lezeliev walker are bare pods that will be two to three times longer than the pedicels themselves.

Under natural conditions, the Lezeli walker can be found on the territory of the European part of Russia, as well as in Siberia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Caucasus, Moldova and Central Asia. As for the general distribution of this plant, it can be found in Turkish Armenia, Iran, India, the Himalayas, North America, as well as in Western Europe and Asia Minor. For growth, this plant prefers steppes, meadows, places along roads and fields, in floodplains of rivers, dry grassy slopes, gardens, vineyards, as well as places along the edges and slopes of ravines. It is noteworthy that the Lezelia walker grows most often in thickets and in groups, and sometimes it is also found scattered. Also, this plant is also a honey plant.

Description of the medicinal properties of the walker Lezeliev

The Lezeliev walker is endowed with very valuable medicinal properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use the shoots, flowers, seeds and grass of this plant. The concept of grass includes stems, flowers and leaves of the Lezeliev walker. The presence of such valuable healing properties is explained by the content of cardenolides, tannins, vitamin C, organic acids, mustard oil, alkaloids and the following flavonoids in the plant: kaempferol, isorhamnetin, quercetin glycosides. It is noteworthy that the seeds of this plant contain fatty oil, alkaloids, cardenolides and steroids.

All parts of this plant are used for cardiovascular diseases. The infusion, prepared on the basis of the roots of the Lezeliev walker, is endowed with a hypotensive effect, but it will be less weak compared to the infusion of seeds. For scurvy and scrofula, an infusion of the leaves and flowers of this plant is used. The infusion, herbal decoction and the alcoholic extract of the seeds are endowed with very valuable hypertensive properties, while the emulsion of seed oil has an enveloping effect.

It should be noted that the young leaves of this plant can be eaten as spinach or as a salad substitute. Moreover, the leaves of this plant can be used as a substitute for watercress. The seeds of this plant can be used as a condiment and the oil can be used for soap making.

For scurvy and scrofula, it is recommended to prepare the following remedy: to prepare it, you will need to take three tablespoons of crushed Lezeliev's leaves for half a liter of boiling water, after which such a mixture should be infused for two hours, then it is recommended to strain this mixture thoroughly. To ensure the greatest effectiveness, such a remedy based on Lezeliev's walker is recommended to take one third of a glass or half a glass three times a day.
