How to steam with a broom?

The best brooms for a bath are birch or oak. Although brooms made of linden, alder, fir, juniper, nettle and other plants have proven themselves quite well. Before use, they must be steamed in hot water poured into a wooden tub. Do not steam the brooms in boiling water, it will ruin them. They will lose their beneficial properties, and their leaves will quickly fall off. It will be enough just to rinse the young (new broom) with water and put it on the bath shelf for self-steaming.

You do not need to immediately lash yourself or the person you are hovering over the body with a broom. It should, as it were, inject the hot air of the bath to his body. The broom should work like a fan, barely touching the body, forcing air to it. First, make such movements with a broom on the legs and buttocks, then move on to the back and arms. That is, the person being steamed should feel the hot wind of the bathhouse that dwells around his body. After such injection of air to the body several times, you can slowly begin to lash the body with a broom. At the end of the procedure, rub the body with a broom, like a washcloth.
