The average weight of such fruits is about one hundred grams. However, some gardeners argue that with proper care and careful attention, you can achieve larger fruits - up to one hundred and fifty grams each. Their dense skin and meatiness allow them to tolerate transportation well and to be stored for a long time after harvest.

Up to seven to eight fruits can ripen on one brush. Unlike other types of tomatoes, the Sanka variety does not need a garter and pinching. Also, the vegetable calmly tolerates sharp climate changes, drought, excessive humidity and shading. You can grow such a tomato either by seeds or seedlings. Therefore, he gained popularity not only in the southern part of our country, but also in cooler regions.

Seedling varieties

Tomato Sanka is grown not only from purchased seeds, but from freshly harvested planting material. Its correct collection and quality preparation will help to get a decent harvest as a result.

Before planting, seeds must be discarded. Planting material should only be left that is not damaged and looks healthy. The pre-planting preparatory process allows the seeds to be disinfected before they are placed in the soil. The seeds must be placed in a weak manganese solution, where they should lie for twenty minutes. After the procedure, they must be rinsed with running water.

These seeds are planted to a depth of one centimeter. However, before the planting process, it is necessary to moisten and enrich the substrate with micronutrients. It also needs to be loosened. After completing such an operation, it is necessary to cover the plantings with a transparent glass material. In such a mini-greenhouse, planting will feel as comfortable as possible. For the highest quality seed germination, it is required to put containers with the planted tomato variety in a warm place where the diffused nature of lighting is observed.

Next, the gardener should take care of the care of these tomatoes. Basically, it consists of regular airing and constant spraying with water from a spray bottle. After the formation of small sprouts, you need to remove the covering material and wait for the seedlings to grow. After the formation of the first two leaves, plant specimens are seated in different containers, that is, they dive. At this moment, the root system of shrubs begins to form and develop. Very often, these tomatoes are grown on windowsills. This is the perfect place for the process because it is both warm and light.
