Description of marsh wormwood

There will be from two to ten baskets in total, they cluster together brushes or dense glomeruli, which in turn will form a paniculate inflorescence. The marginal flowers of this plant will be pistillate, there are only eleven to thirteen of them, while the corolla is filiform tubular, there are about twenty eight to thirty disc flowers. The corolla of marsh wormwood itself will be naked and conical, the achenes are colored in brown tones and are ovoid-oblong.
This plant blooms in the month of August. Under natural conditions, marsh wormwood is found on the territory of Western Siberia, the west of the Amur region in the Far East, as well as in the Daursky and Angara-Sayan regions of Eastern Siberia. For growth, this plant prefers valley forests, sandy and solonetzic steppes, steppe meadows, floodplains, pebbles, arable lands, the outskirts of roads, pastures, sandy banks of rivers and lakes, as well as cliffs.
Description of the medicinal properties of marsh wormwood
Marsh wormwood is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use the inflorescences, fruits and grass of this plant. Grass includes flowers, stems and leaves.
The presence of such valuable medicinal properties is recommended to be explained by the content of flavonoids, sesquiterpenoids, chalcones, essential oil, umbelliferone, phenolcarboxylic acids and their derivatives in the composition of this plant. It is noteworthy that the essential oil of the aerial part of this plant will be endowed with antibacterial activity.
As for Tibetan medicine, here marsh wormwood is very widespread. Tibetan medicine is recommended to use an infusion based on the herb of this plant for nonspecific arthritis, and the ash from burning the grass wormwood should be used for various skin diseases. In addition, the infusion and decoction prepared on the basis of the fruits of this plant are indicated for use in pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia and bronchitis. Marsh wormwood leaves are used for various skin diseases.
For nonspecific arthritis, it is recommended to use the following very effective remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a healing remedy, you will need to take one tablespoon of dry crushed wormwood herb for one glass of boiling water. It is recommended to infuse the resulting healing mixture for about one hour, after which such a mixture should be very thoroughly filtered. Such a medicine is taken on the basis of marsh wormwood before the start of a meal three to four times a day, one or two tablespoons.
For tuberculosis, pneumonia and bronchitis, the following remedy is used: one teaspoon of marsh wormwood inflorescences per glass of boiling water. Such a healing mixture is insisted for one hour and thoroughly filtered, and this remedy is taken on the basis of marsh wormwood in half a glass or one third of it three times a day.
