There, the product must go through the roasting process. Then you take out your meat, let the oil drain, dip in the sauce and eat. As a result, you get great pleasure from the delicious meal and the manipulations done.
How is a fondue party held?
Having a fondyushnitsa you will not need large spending on food, time for setting the table, preparing various dishes. Everything is much simpler here. A vegetable salad is made for everyone, and the rest is prepared at the table. This is not a gourmet meal, but a high-quality hot snack and the joy of communication.
Fondues have peculiar rituals, like a picnic. First, the pot is heated, at this time your friends or relatives can talk, anticipating an unusual process. The celebration is very different from the stereotype: "drank and ate". The process fascinates and brings all participants together, pleasure and warm communication are guaranteed.
The main directions of fondue recipes
There are hundreds of cooking options and even more improvisation. All dishes are divided into four groups: meat, chocolate, cheese and vegetable. To understand the principle of operation, we offer examples of the most common.
Chocolate fondue
Milk + cream (50 ml each) is poured into the bowl. It is put on a slow fire and a broken bar of dark chocolate (100 g) is immersed in it. According to the rules, stirring is performed not in a circle, but in a "figure eight". If, after dissolving the chocolate, it is too thick, add warm cream. Then 2 tablespoons of liqueur or a glass of white wine. Heating continues until the alcohol evaporates.
Now you can start eating ritual. Dip strawberries, peaches, mangoes, bananas and other fruits in hot chocolate. You can use prunes, dried apricots, biscuits, cookies, marshmallows, buns, marshmallows, popcorn. There is no limit to imagination.
Cognac fondue is very popular. A bar of dark chocolate, 6 tbsp / l of condensed milk, 1 tbsp / l of powdered coffee + cognac (3 tbsp / l) are invariably involved here.
Cheese fondue
It is not difficult to do, but you need good cheese, for example, Emmental, Gruyere, Lambert 55% fat. To add piquancy, the container is pre-rubbed with garlic. Now pour 300 ml of wine into a bowl and evaporate over low heat until half of the initial volume remains. Next, pour milk or cream (200 ml), add 0.5 kg grated / diced cheese, sugar (1 tsp), white pepper, salt, a pinch of nutmeg. Later, 2 tsp of starch (diluted with water).
It is important not to boil. The result is a creamy substance. You can immerse shrimp, ham, crab sticks, sausage, smoked meats, dried pieces of baguette, loaf in it. All this goes well with beer.
Meat fondue
Two options are used to fill the saucepan: herbal broth and hot oil. The point is to cook thinly sliced meat slices. You can take chicken, turkey, rabbit, boneless fish. Vegetables and potato chips are excellent fried in oil.
