For example, on the first day after your vacation, you can visit a hairdresser or beautician to help your skin, nails and hair recover. And in the evening, take a walk to the store, but not with the aim of filling the refrigerator, but in order to organize a festive after-holiday dinner. Second day

The smooth transition from vacation to ordinary life continues. Today you can do global cleaning - a wardrobe, an apartment, a refrigerator, but all a little bit. You should revise your wardrobe, think about what you can wear to work, try on images and admire yourself in the mirror … This pleasant activity will take at least a couple of hours, during which the washing machine will just finish its work.

The next thing is to shine. But selectively, remembering about time management. For example, in the bathroom and in the kitchen, in the living room or in the hallway. And you definitely need to come up with a fresh detail: put a bunch of flowers in a vase on the kitchen table, decorate the shelf with a souvenir brought from vacation, cover the table with a bright tablecloth. Or take a few bright vegetables or fruits to place in a wicker basket. She will greatly decorate the kitchen. Little things like that will cheer you up and help you overcome your depression.

Day three

On this day, you definitely need to have a good rest in order to put your thoughts in order, stock up on energy and tune in to workdays. What's the plan? You can finish cleaning, sort out things, devote time to cooking. If you go to work tomorrow, then in the morning you need to look your best. To do this, you should think over and prepare everything in the evening so that in the morning you only have to have a delicious breakfast and go to work in a good mood. In the evening, do not watch TV or sit at the computer for too long. It is better to prepare a wardrobe and the things you need for work in advance, so as not to waste time on this in the morning.
