1. Baby oil against stainless steel
Surprisingly, regular baby skin oil or massage oil can help clean stainless steel items faster. For example, a kitchen sink or refrigerator parts. You need to spread the oil on the surface and then polish it with paper towels.
2. Pet hairstyle
Everyone who has a cat at home is faced with the problem of molting a beloved pet. It is quite difficult to comb it out: the animal is not always happy with such a procedure, and the result after it is questionable. Surplus wool is much easier to remove with a regular duct tape roller available at any hardware store. Cats will love this stroking, and with this procedure, you can control pet shedding from time to time. In addition, it is easy to clean furniture and clothing from animal hair with a roller.
3. Glass cleaner from tea bags
It is very simple to make: you need to brew ordinary black tea bags (8 pcs) in boiling water (400 ml), hold in a teapot, tightly covered with a towel. For the scent of the product, citrus zest can be added to the tea. Then, after cooling the cleaner, it is poured into a spray bottle and sprayed onto glass or mirror surfaces, so that afterwards you can wipe them thoroughly with a dry towel.
4. Cleaning the ventilation grilles in the dishwasher
Someone is cleaning plastic ventilation grills with sponges, toothbrushes or other tools. But if the house has a dishwasher, then the grates can be cleaned in it like dishes.
5. Hydrogen peroxide and water
You can remove dark stains and mildew on tiles in your bathroom or kitchen with a homemade product. It is prepared from a solution of half a glass of peroxide and a glass of water. The ingredients mix well and spray onto surfaces using a spray bottle.
6. Alcohol against ink stains
To remove ink stains on fabrics faster, you need to treat them with alcohol before regular washing. It makes these stains easier to remove and weakens.
7. Ventilation holes and vacuum cleaner
Some ventilation openings (for example, near the washing machine or computer) can be easily vacuum cleaned.
8. Towel for washing curtains
Bath curtains can be washed in a regular washing machine. To avoid damaging the curtains, you need to place them between two large terry towels and wash as usual without a strong spin.
9. Essential oils for freshening up fabrics
You can add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to a spray bottle to freshen and scent bedding and home textiles.
10. Transparent containers for toys
Store baby toys in transparent containers so they are easy to find and control. In addition, dirt and dust are more visible in such containers.
11. Vinegar and peppermint oil for cleaning the floor
Wooden floors are sometimes difficult to clean. But this will help a mixture of table vinegar and essential oil. A quarter of a glass of vinegar (9%) is added to a bucket of water (10L) and 20-30 drops of peppermint essential oil (for flavor) are dripped there. This mixture will help to better deal with dirt.
14. Lemon water for cleaning the microwave
You can use steam cleaning to get rid of food stains in the microwave. To do this, put a glass of water with a small amount (1/4 cup) of lemon juice in the microwave and turn it on for 1-2 minutes. Steam will make it easier to remove stains.
15. A bag of lime vinegar on the taps
A simple trick will help to remove the accumulation of scale on the filter of the faucet in the bathroom. Pour a tablespoon of vinegar with the same amount of water into a small plastic bag and tie it on the mixer spray for 3-4 hours. Then the remaining lime can be easily removed with a cloth.
