Spring young leaves are added to salads, cabbage soup, soups, vegetable pickles. All parts of the plant are used in folk medicine.
Growing
Cuffs grow on any soil, provided there is good drainage.
Although they can grow in the sun, it is preferable to choose places for them semi-shaded.
Watering regularly so that the soil is always moist, but without stagnant water, to avoid root rot.
Propagated by seeds and vegetatively.
Usage
The cuff feels more comfortable in partial shade.
It is suitable for creating borders on flower beds, garden paths. She decorates the ridges, flower beds or, for example, a lush bush of ornamental grass, as in the photo.
In mixborders, it is in the foreground. Looks great as small independent clumps or a separate bush against the background of a tall plant.
