Such a plant will be endowed with a rather thin taproot. The stems of coriander seed are glabrous, branched and erect. The basal leaves of this plant will be whole, long-petiolate and three-lobed. The lower stem leaves are petiolate, double-pinnate and will be endowed with ovoid, deeply incised lobes. The middle and upper leaves of coriander sowing will be vaginal, sessile, they can be both double- and trijperistically dissected into entire and linear lobes. The flowers of coriander are collected in complex umbrellas, which will consist of three to six rays, and at their ends there will be smaller umbrellas containing about five to fifteen flowers. It is noteworthy that the wraps for the umbrellas and the wraps for the umbrellas will be absent. The flowers of this plant are rather small in size, unequal, and on the outside of the marginal flowers they will be larger. The presence of such valuable healing properties should be explained by the content of essential oil, neocnidilin and Z-ligistolide in the roots of the plant, while flavonoids and essential oil are present in the stems. Coriander seed contains flavonoids, vitamin C and essential oil. The fruits contain the following beneficial substances: sucrose, glucose, fructose, triterpenoids, essential oil, coumarins, steroids, phenol carboxylic acids and their derivatives, fatty oil and many others.

As for traditional medicine, here this plant is widely used in diseases of the stomach and stomach colic, bronchitis, metabolic disorders and neuroses. An ointment based on coriander fruits is recommended to be used locally for erysipelas, and a decoction based on the fruits of this plant is used as a rather valuable antiemetic, anthelmintic and hemostatic agent. In addition, such a decoction is effective for cystitis, diarrhea and neurasthenia, and it is also used for rinsing the mouth with inflammatory processes, with hemorrhoids and as an antiseptic. In addition, the eyes are washed outwardly with such a decoction.
