There are polyunsaturated fatty acids thrown back in amaranth, which prevent the formation of cholesterol plaques, which bother many people who do not adhere to a healthy diet. The vitamins contained in amaranth thrown back prevent the development of heart and vascular diseases, and also prevent premature aging.
In addition, the plant in question is effective against colds, it increases the immune properties of the body and provides full protection against radiation and other harmful substances that enter the body from the environment, which cannot boast of absolute environmental friendliness due to the huge amount of car exhaust and fumes emanating from factories.
