We invite everyone to a grandiose holiday of autumn cuisine! From September 28 to October 7, farmers from various Russian regions will bring their best products to the Golden Autumn gastronomic festival. Well, Moscow restaurateurs will delight visitors with the most delicious seasonal dishes and drinks. The menu includes aromatic soups, original hot dishes from fish, meat and vegetables, a variety of pastries, as well as the most delicious warming drinks: from tea with lemon balm to pumpkin latte. 40 public catering establishments will operate at the festival sites
On the
Revolution Square cozy restaurant chalets will open, where visitors will be offered the most exquisite hearty dishes. The chefs will prepare a wild lamb shoulder with potatoes and tomatoes, baked guinea fowl with apricots, duck fillet with sea buckthorn and juniper, pie autumn, stewed veal with rye bread and baked vegetables … There, guests will also find delicious snacks - potato pancakes with mushroom sauce, boats with various fillings (bolognese, chicken, seafood cocktail, vegetables) - and a rich variety of mint drinks: kvass with mint, tea with mint and lemon balm, lemonade with mint and lime, banana smoothies with mint.
Pumpkin soup with basil and sunflower seeds, chicken breast skewers in honey-mustard sauce, marinated pork skewers in caramel sauce,
warm grilled vegetable salad with pesto sauce, stewed cabbage with smoked sausages, pumpkin petals with honey and walnuts, potato pancakes with stewed beef can be tasted right here, on Revolution Square, as well as on the site at 41 Profsoyuznaya Street. You will be offered tea with raspberries to wash it down, juniper and fresh mint or with sage, honey and lemon balm.
In addition, a special menu of amazing fish pies has been prepared on Profsoyuznaya Street! Don't miss the opportunity to taste the Kolyma pie with chir, Yakutsk pie with omul, Murmansk pie with halibut, Solovetsky pie with halibut and cod, as well as open jellied pies with salmon and muksun.

Tverskaya Square … On the days of the festival, they will serve pumpkin pie, carrot pie, charlotte, "Moscow Region" apple strudel, apple milfey, pancakes with maple syrup and sour cream, as well as sea buckthorn tea with honey, Ivan tea, refreshing fruit drinks and lemonades.
At the Golden Autumn site in the eastern part of the capital, on Gorodetskaya Street, light, aromatic soups - broccoli and cauliflower puree soup, pumpkin soup with chicken broth, cheese soup with herbs and mushrooms, are cooked up for guests. The appetizer menu includes tortilla with chicken and fried vegetables, tortillas with beef, guacamole and bell pepper sauce, beef and dzatziki sauce. And delicious lemonades - cherry with lemon, ginger with orange and lingonberry.
There and on Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard guests will be served excellent fish dishes: be sure to try the seabass baked with thyme, pike perch fish soup, Karelian trout with dill, fried smelt and red mullet, or, for example, flounder cooked over an open fire.
