The flowering of the bitter core falls on the period from April to June. Under natural conditions, this plant is found on the territory of Belarus, Ukraine and the European part of Russia. As for the general distribution, the bitter core can be found throughout Europe. For growth, this plant prefers swamps, river banks and wet meadows.
Description of the medicinal properties of the bitter core
The bitter core is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use juice, powder of dried flowers, the tops of the stems with the flowers of this plant. The presence of such valuable healing properties should be explained by the content of ascorbic acid, bitter substances, essential oil and mustard glycoside cochlearin in the leaves of this plant.
The bitter core is endowed with very valuable antiscorbutic, diuretic and anticonvulsant properties. In addition, such a plant has become quite widespread for various colds. Together with serum, it is recommended to drink the juice of this plant several times a day, one tablespoon for adults.

For cramps, it is recommended to use the following very effective healing agent based on this plant: to prepare such a drug, you will need to take one tablespoon of bitter core for about one full glass of boiling water. The resulting medicinal mixture should be infused, after which this product is completely ready for use. Such an aqueous infusion of the herb of bitter core is effective when taken by children from convulsions. It is important to remember that, provided that it is properly prepared and applied, such a healing agent based on a bitter core will be very effective, while a positive result will be noticeable rather quickly.
