The heads of this plant are most often found in two pieces on each stem, they are located on rather long, densely hairy legs. The corolla of this plant is white, and the pod is usually two-seeded.

Mountain clover blooms in the month of June, and fruiting occurs in the month of July. Under natural conditions, this plant is found on the territory of the European part of Russia, in Belarus, in the Caucasus, in Western Siberia, in Primorye in the Far East, as well as in Ukraine and in the Aral-Caspian region of Central Asia. For growth, the plant prefers forest edges, grassy slopes, dry meadows, mountain meadows and meadow steppes.

Description of the medicinal properties of mountain clover
