Mountain wormwood is one of the plants of the family called Asteraceae or Compositae, in Latin the name of this plant will sound as follows: Artemisia montana (Nakai) Pamp. (A. vulgaris L. var. Description of mountain wormwood

Mountain wormwood is a perennial herb, the height of which will fluctuate between eighty and ninety-five centimeters. The stem of such a plant is straight, rounded and furrowed. The baskets of this plant will be ovoid in shape and almost sessile, the length of such baskets will be about two to three millimeters, and the diameter will only slightly exceed one millimeter. Such baskets of mountain wormwood gather on twigs in a densely spike-like manner, while the formation of a paniculate inflorescence occurs. All flowers of mountain wormwood will be marginal and fertile, there are eight of them in total, they are pistillate, and the corolla, in turn, will be narrow-tubular. The disc flowers of this plant are bisexual, there are only five of them, the corolla will be tubular-conical and bare.

Blossoming of mountain wormwood falls on the month of August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Far East. Mountain wormwood prefers forest meadows for growing.

Description of the medicinal properties of mountain wormwood

For pulmonary tuberculosis, it is recommended to prepare the following very effective remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a healing remedy, you will need to take one tablespoon of crushed dry leaves of mountain wormwood in one glass of water. the resulting healing mixture should be boiled for about three to four minutes, and then this mixture is left to infuse for about one hour, after which such a healing mixture based on this plant should be very thoroughly filtered. Take this remedy on the basis of mountain wormwood three to four times a day, one third of a glass or half of such a glass. It is very important to follow all the rules for the preparation of such a drug in order to achieve the greatest efficiency.
