Nastya, good afternoon! Tell a little about yourself to our readers. How did you decide to start joint purchases?

- In 2011, before the New Year holidays, deeply pregnant, I racked my brains for a month how we were going to live on … Because, having gone on maternity leave, I lost a pretty good salary. My husband received fine, but that was not enough … We decided that he would go to work in a taxi service. For a whole month I hardly saw my husband … During the day at the main job, a night in a taxi, etc. All weekend alone with my daughter: pregnant, hard …

Thanks to StranaMom, I sat there for days to somehow distract myself … Just at this time, a group of joint ventures appeared - Joint Shopping in StranaMam. In the joint venture, I did not understand anything at all, and did not know what it was and how it was.

And before that I “bought” in RIO the dowry for my son in “Ivashka”. I looked at the site, laid out things, took a picture, wrote a post-survey - is it necessary? There were a lot of people willing. I perked up … I went to the firm. Clarified all the nuances.

I suspect that it was not easy for you. To date, you have been an organizer for more than four years. Were all purchases successful? Or have there been failures?

- No, it was fine. On the contrary, it was interesting, with passion, so to speak. Were all purchases successful? 98% successful. It's easier for me, I live in a textile city - 95% of all companies from Ivanovo. No TC costs. There are no long collection and delivery times.

The remaining 2% are firms that I opened as an experiment (will / will not work). And Ivanovo textiles are in demand among people. This is very encouraging so far.

Have there been any failures? Yes there have been. Odis opened a purchase for children's outerwear. Orders were collected about 150 tr. They paid for everything. We are an order for a company, and our invoice from 150t.r. for 25t.r. (the rest is out of stock and will not be available). This was the first time I had such a thing. I was very upset … We decided not to bother and just return all the money to UZ. The purchase was closed.

It's a shame when this happens … Nastya, can you tell our users about your relationship with your customers? Communication with the Purchase Participants is like in a store - dry and short, or do you somehow cherish your customers and value each client? Do you have a motto for your purchases? I know that you have gift promotions for customers, how does it happen?

- There was a moment (about a year after the work of the ORG) when everything and everyone pissed me off. I could “bark”, they say, read the rules, everything is written there (for simple and elementary questions).

This is probably such a turning point when you come to the realization that you need it first of all. Yes, you already know everything, yes there are 98% answers in the procurement topic, but this person came for the first time, and it is absolutely not difficult to repeat it again and help a person with a choice.

Also, over time, you become a bit of a psychologist, and you already feel by correspondence with a person what he is and how best to communicate with him. I think this experience comes only with the time of working in the joint venture.

Then I began to notice that from such communication people come again and again, recommend you, etc. This gives rise to a feeling of self-satisfaction with oneself and one's work in general.

Motto? I didn't think about it. The main thing is, of course, speed. I perfectly understand a person who transferred money for a product that will not receive it soon, and how it is real (after paying), I want to get it right away (like in a store).

There were moments when I tried to send everything as quickly as possible, but it was then that there were "shoals", I did not report something, I sent it to the wrong place, etc. etc.

Very often I twist the phrase in my head: “Fast is good. But, the main thing is that the "quality" does not suffer! Therefore, no matter how fast you try, it doesn't work out in the store … Yes, I really like to hold rallies for UZ. You see how a person rejoices - sincerely, from the heart, and it becomes very pleasant herself. I also often put mini-presents in the package. A trifle, but how nice it is when you receive a parcel, not only has the item finally arrived, but also with a gift.

Interesting. What do you think determines the success of the purchase? For you personally, as an organizer, a joint venture is a hobby, or is it a kind of work, how seriously do you take your purchases? What would you like to change?

- Well, the most important and first thing is the need for this product + its price. The second is attention. Shopaholism has not been canceled, and hence there are many psychological moments … For some, it is like an "outlet".

Sometimes you go into some purchases (very often to a brand new organizer, and not only), everything is very cold, somehow abrupt … or, for example, little attention, because there are not so many UZ and they do not come there later … The atmosphere of the purchase means a lot.

Joint purchases are work for me! And since you have to work with many firms, you already begin to understand their personal charter. Someone can immediately see and understand that the company is serious. Everything is strict. And somewhere an obvious "second-hand" uncle Vasya is sitting and trying to sell something.

The site is also a separate story. Only one site can tell how “serious” the company is and how it looks after its “face”.

About me and work. I have deadlines, and I try very hard to meet those deadlines. If I wrote UZ that the parcels were sent, I have the tracks, then I didn’t just write it for a signal, but I really have the tracks and they will soon appear in the table … and so on.

For me, Adriatica is like a brand, I would really like this nickname to have the association “Good. Fast. Comfortable.

What would you like to change? Change is nothing. Only to improve further. The new resource has become for me something more than just a new website for the joint venture.

I would really like it to become better - better than many joint venture sites on the Internet. And for this we have all the possibilities! This is very empowering. This is an interesting project for me. Yes, there are difficulties, but this just gives strength, because it depends on you, at least a "particle", but something in the new project. And together we are strong - we can!

It's January now. I have three children from 1, 5 years to 7. And I already participate in the procurement of autumn / summer shoes. Also with clothes - I have already made a list of what you need to buy (autumn / summer), everything is only the most necessary.

Likewise, we do not forget about ourselves and my husband.

And, of course, joint purchases are big savings for those who take part as a buyer. Here's an example of how much you can save: buying hats

- If you look from the side of buyers, or, more simply, UZ (approx.procurement participant):

1. Decide on the size. Despite all the tables, it can be very difficult to guess the size (especially if, according to the same table, you are "not a standard") without trying on the thing.

It is a very big disappointment when you are really looking forward to the package, and things do not fit: in size, style. After all, not everyone knows that in the picture / mannequin the thing looks differently, as it does on you. Because of this, many do not participate in the JV.

2. Waiting for the parcel. Ordered, paid … and you wait … Someone takes it calmly, while someone, on the contrary, checks the track every day: “maybe it’s already arrived”.

The first thing I would advise is to read the terms of purchase, because the Ivanovo firms have a re-grading by color - this is 99%. This, first of all, depends on the fabric that was brought to the workshops today …

3. Get acquainted with the terms of the purchase. Evaluate soberly whether these two points suit, if so, then you are welcome to purchase!

And also, very often I write, if something is wrong, do not be silent, write in a personal, because "Everything can be solved."

What qualities do you think an organizer should have in order for buyers to trust him and take part in purchases with pleasure?

- Before participating in the procurement from the new agency, I personally will look at his comments in the procurement. If he is polite, answers questions, takes part in the choice of one thing or another. If he is rude, impudent, answers through "himself" - I will not buy from such an organizer, even if the product is very pleasant to me, both in appearance and in price.

In general, the most important thing for me is to treat customers with courtesy.
