For growth, this plant prefers birch forests, meadows, pine forests, places among shrubs, rubble, sandy and pebble habitats, irrigation ditches, salt marshes, ranging from the plain to the mid-mountain belt.

An infusion prepared from the leaves of this plant is very effective for heartburn. In Chinese medicine, an infusion of small-petaled flowers is widely used: such a healing agent should be used for fever.
In case of hair loss, it is recommended to use a very effective remedy based on caustic petals: to prepare such a healing remedy, you should take two to six tablespoons of the herb of this plant per liter of water. The resulting medicinal mixture should be boiled for about five to six minutes over a fairly low heat, after which it is recommended to leave such a medicinal mixture to infuse for about one to two hours, then this mixture should be very thoroughly filtered. Such a healing agent based on caustic petals should be used for shampooing for about two to three weeks every other day. It should be noted that such a remedy is very effective when properly prepared and applied.
