1. Before working on the beds, be sure to warm up. Muscles need to be prepared for physical work. Breathe in deeply to begin with. Run and jump in place, turn your head, wave your hands, tilt your torso to the right and left, squat. Warming up will protect you from a torn back and damage to working muscle groups. Now smile and get to work.

2. When carrying weights (a watering can or a bucket of fertilizer), change your working hand and, if possible, distribute the load to both the right and left hand. Lift the load itself with the whole body on bent knees, and not with one lower back on straight arms. This will save the spine from overload.

3. Do not squat on the beds. This severely damages the knee joints and constricts the veins in two places: the knee and the bend of the foot. 5. Avoid dacha fitness under the scorching sun. Choose morning or evening hours for physical activity, or shaded areas of your property.
