Fitness with children in the country

What can be more useful for a child than a vacation spent at a country cottage? Here you have fresh air, and space, and the neighbour's kids, with whom you can play the ball from morning to evening, and a pond in which you can splash. And also, sending a child to the country, you can not worry about the consequences of acclimatization. After all, as a rule, summer cottages are located not far from the main place of residence, and your little one will not have to get used to the change in the climatic environment. However, not all modern children strive to spend time actively in the country. The dominance of various electronic gadgets, many crumbs are chained to chairs and sofas. Computer games and social networks are more attractive for most boys and girls than communicating with peers in reality. As a result, instead of recovering at the dacha (and not only), we get spoiled vision, impaired psyche and twisted posture from a constantly rounded back in an inclination towards the beloved gadget. To prevent this from happening, and your child really spent time at the dacha with benefit, keep track of the organization of fitness at the dacha for children or together with them

There are a lot of ways for this on a suburban area.

Firstly, children of all ages can be involved in simple work in the garden or, in other words, agrofitness. For the little ones, this can be tossing potatoes into holes while planting or sorting vegetables during harvest. Older children can already be asked to bring water for irrigation or a box of seedlings, help with weeding, etc. The benefits of this are twofold - both the child is on the move in the fresh air, and you can get any help you can get.

Secondly, in every possible way involve children in outdoor games, including team games. To this end, depending on the interests and hobbies of your family members and your baby, it would be nice to set up a table for playing tennis on the backyard, allocate a lawn for playing badminton or tennis, hang a volleyball net, a basketball ring or put a gate for playing football. If possible, keep your child company in such entertainments, invite neighboring children or other members of your family.

Third, encourage swimming in the pool (if available in the country) or in the open water. In addition to the benefits of moving in the water, swimming is also an effective way of hardening.

Fourth, be sure to include exercises in sports complexes to form correct posture. To this end, it would be good to equip a small horizontal bar in the country, a gymnastic ladder made of wood or metal, and even better to install a Swedish wall. Hanging exercises are most effective in helping to form the correct posture in the child, or even correct it if necessary.

Fifthly, the dacha is a fairly suitable place for teaching a child acrobatic tricks. For example, on the front lawn, you can teach your child to do such popular gymnastic elements as "wheel", "swallow", "birch", "bridge", "basket", etc. Such static exercises teach the child to better control his body and make him more confident in himself.

Sixth, invite your child to accompany you during morning exercises at the dacha or gymnastics.

Show your child how to tilt the head left and right, back and forth, then turn the head left and right. Warn your baby that all movements must be neat, smooth. It is better to refrain from circular movements of the head.

Exercise number 2. Kneading the upper body

As a warm-up for the upper body, swing your arms, circular movements with your shoulders, tilt the body to the right and left, back and forth. Also, for a complex warm-up of the shoulder and lumbar girdles, you can recommend the exercise "mill". Usually children like it very much. Show your child how to bend alternately to one or the other leg, while simulating the movement of the millstones with your hands.

Exercise number 3. Kneading the lower body

Squats, lunges alternately on each leg, swing legs back and forth, to the sides are suitable as a warm-up for the lower body. The child will surely enjoy the "bicycle" exercise in a sitting or lying position, which can be performed by sitting opposite the mother and closing the feet with her.

Exercise number 4. Stretching.

Be sure to end your joint gymnastics with stretching exercises. For this, longitudinal and transverse splits and half-splits, which can be performed using a gymnastic ladder, lotus pose, a fun exercise "frog", etc. are suitable. Stretching will make your child's body more flexible and help him walk more confidently through life.

Spend no time and effort on joint fitness with your baby in the country. After all, these are those precious minutes of your communication that make you both happy and healthy.
