Natural antibiotics

Having got sick, we go to see a doctor. If various microorganisms are the culprits of our ill health, the doctor writes a prescription, and we begin to take pills, called "antibiotics" strictly by the hour and at least five days. They were nicknamed so for their ability to suppress the growth and reproduction of bacteria, almost without affecting the human body. But such antibiotics cannot cope with viruses, except that only tetracyclines can fight large viruses. There are also natural antibiotics that help to cope with the enemies of the human body

Let's remember

top five natural antibiotics, who will turn out to be our old acquaintances, for the time being hiding their amazing abilities.

1) Horseradish

An old friend of ours, sometimes growing in the garden as an annoying weed, hides in its roots a powerful natural antibiotic called "allylic mustard oil". When the root is rubbed, the mustard oil and enzyme contained in it are converted into allyl mustard oil under the influence of oxygen.

The very pungent smell of oil causes tears in the eyes, and it acts on human skin akin to fire, causing a burning sensation and the appearance of burn blisters. If you swallow a significant amount of such oil, it will be tantamount to ingestion of poison.

In small amounts, allyl mustard oil is a potent antibiotic. Having diluted it with water, they rinse the oral cavity with inflammation of the mucous membranes, fight against bacteria that have chosen the oral cavity, nose and pharynx.

It will help to cope with a lingering cough

grated horseradish tincture with honey … Add one tablespoon of grated horseradish to three tablespoons of honey, mix and let it brew. Take one teaspoon daily (5 times a day).

2) Cranberries and lingonberries

These berries have ceased to be exotic in our time. Lingonberries and cranberries are freely available frozen in stores. Their action on the body is similar to a powerful antibiotic and antiviral agent. They cleanse the urinary tract and bladder from microbes, relieving inflammation, and are also simply irreplaceable in the treatment and prevention of colds.

Cranberries are an excellent antioxidant. It contains substances that can bind free radicals, giving them their electron. At the same time, they do not turn into aggressors and do not destroy the cells of the body, as free radicals do.

Fruit drink is very useful from these berries. Two tablespoons of berries, ground with granulated sugar (the ratio of berries and sugar = 3: 1), pour 0.5 liters of warm boiled water. Morse is ready!

3) Garlic

A humble garlic clove contains over 400 nutrients. Like a chimney sweep, he cleans literally all human organs from harmful bacteria, viruses, intestinal parasites. Before him are defenseless diphtheria and tuberculosis bacilli, glioblastoma multiforme (provoking brain cancer), worms

By unclogging blood vessels, it prevents the development of blood clots, lowers blood pressure and the level of "bad" cholesterol.

To make the miraculous garlic liqueur, cleansing the blood, getting rid of excess fat, improving metabolism and immunity, helping to cope with female diseases, we need 12 cloves of garlic and 3 glasses of red wine. We cut the cloves into 4 parts, put them in a transparent bottle, fill them with wine, close the bottle with a cork and put it on a sunny windowsill for 2 weeks. But do not forget about it, but shake the contents of the bottle 2-3 times every day. Then pour into a dark bottle, having previously filtered. And then for a month we treat our body with liqueur, one teaspoon three times a day.

4) Basil

Protector of the body from angina, conjunctivitis, headache. An excellent natural antibiotic.

Infusion for headache or increased anxiety:

A two-hundred-gram glass of boiling water requires a teaspoon of a mixture of basil, lemon balm and sage (in equal proportions). Pour boiling water over the herbal mixture and let stand for 20 minutes. After straining, add one teaspoon of honey. We drink the infusion in small sips and after 30 minutes the pain as if it had happened.

5) Blueberries

The natural aspirin found in blueberries can help relieve pain. The berry, acting as an antibiotic, blocks the development of bacteria in the urinary tract, preventing infection from taking over the body.
