Parsley

Water the parsley regularly, in small doses. They are fed once every 2 weeks with complex fertilizers "Kemira Lux", "Baikal". In the phase of 2 leaves, the seedlings are thinned out, setting the distance between them at 4 cm. Only the most powerful shoots are preserved.
After 6-7 weeks, the first cut is ready. It is carried out selectively, leaving on each plant half of the leaves with a growth point. After collecting, they must be fed with a complex fertilizer. After 2 weeks, a second crop is harvested.
Not everyone likes to tinker with small seeds. I would like to get finished products faster and without any problems. Then the second method is used, using ready-made parsley roots dug out in the autumn in the garden. Leaves are cut, leaving petioles 4 cm long without touching the growing point. Store in a cool place.
In winter, they are transferred to the room. Prepared soil 15 cm high is poured into boxes. Root crops with a diameter of at least 2 cm are planted in obliquely even rows at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Irrigate with water, crushing the soil around the plants. Before the beginning of regrowth of the leaf mass, watering is stopped.
To obtain juicy, dark green leaves, the planting is supplemented. The temperature is kept at 18 degrees. In a month, the harvest is ready. The greens are cut off selectively, without touching the top of the head, in several terms.
A large yield of marketable products is provided by the varieties Urozhainaya, Sakharnaya, Berlinskaya, Esmeralda, Breeze.
Celery
He loves soil well filled with organic fertilizers and long daylight hours. Therefore, additional lighting will have to be done from sowing to harvest. To obtain green mass, leaf and root varieties are used: Delicacy, Gribovsky, Nezhny, Zakhar, Yablochny. It is better to take roots with a small diameter up to 8 cm. They will give good greenery and take up less planting space.
The first crop of celery leaves planted with root crops will ripen in 3 weeks, sowing seeds will take longer, up to 1.5 months. In general, the cultivation technique is the same as that of parsley.
Lettuce and lettuce mustard
Early maturing varieties are chosen. Prepare boxes with soil with a layer of 8 cm. Moisten the soil, sow over the surface using the random method. Cover with foil. The first shoots appear in a week. The shelter is being removed. In the phase of 3-4 leaves, they are thinned out at a distance of 3 cm from each other.
Care consists in watering 2 times a week and 1 feeding. Crops are supplemented with light for several hours a day. When a strong rosette of leaves has formed, selective harvesting begins. It usually takes 1 month from sowing to harvesting.
Suitable for home use are ordinary salad varieties, Moscow Greenhouse, Emerald Lace, Odessa Kucheryavets. Mustard is represented by Volnushka and Muravushka varieties.
Dill and basil
The cultivation technology is similar to parsley when sown with seeds. Dill is ready for use in a month. Care consists in loosening the soil and timely watering. Harvesting is carried out together with the roots, first thinning the plants several times. Then the remaining seedlings are completely removed. The best variety for home growing is Gribovsky.
Young twigs are cut from the basil, leaving the central stem untouched. They are fed with a complex fertilizer. After 2 weeks, new shoots grow from the leaf axils. They are used for food. Such cuts are carried out several times.
Home-grown greens are always fresh, without the use of chemicals. To provide for the family for the whole winter, it will be enough to take just one window sill, make a minimum of effort, and the result will exceed all your expectations.
