In this case, the upper horns will be directed horizontally, or they may be at a slight angle upward, and tubercles are located in place of the lower horns. The height of the neck is three to four millimeters, and the diameter is about three millimeters.
The flowering of the water nut, falsely cut, occurs at the end of August or at the beginning of September. Under natural conditions, this plant is found on the territory of the Primorsky region of the Far East. As for the general distribution, this plant is found in Korea, Japan and the northern and northeastern parts of China. For growth, this plant prefers stagnant fresh water.
