With weeds and healing vegetables that help maintain the elasticity, tenderness and velvety of our natural clothes, we figured it out a little. Now let's look for helpers among berry plants, the list of which will not take much time. After all, not many berries are grown in our gardens
Sea buckthorn buckthorn
Sea buckthorn can be found not only in a well-groomed garden, but also along the banks of natural reservoirs, be it a river, lake or swamp.
Its bright orange berries are not only beautiful, abundantly clinging to the elastic branches of low trees, but also rich in vitamins, essential acids, sugars, carotene and microelements. Sea buckthorn juice is a real healing nectar.
But the sea buckthorn's trump card is
sea buckthorn oil … It is easy to prepare it at home. The cake remaining after squeezing out the sea buckthorn juice is dried and ground to a powdery state. The resulting powder is added to any vegetable oil (sunflower, olive), mixed thoroughly and simmered over very low heat, or in the oven. Strain through three to four layers of cheesecloth, pour into bottles.
With a lack of vitamins in the body, with skin diseases, sea buckthorn oil is always ready to help a person. Oil is used to lubricate burns, cuts, any skin inflammation; they treat such unpleasant skin diseases as eczema (skin inflammation, expressed by a rash), lupus (skin tuberculosis, manifests itself more often on the face), trophic ulcers (open wounds that do not heal for more than six months). Oil helps with radiation damage to the skin.
Traditional medicine uses
decoction of branches with berries with alarming hair loss, up to baldness. The broth is taken internally and for external procedures.
Rowan red
The red-orange bunches of Rowan inspire poets to write enthusiastic and grateful lines. And any person who does not know how to rhyme words will stop for a minute to admire the elegant autumn Rowanberry. Some kind of unsteady sweet-aching sadness will stir in my soul. A person will stand and go on about his everyday affairs, retaining in himself the memory of this strange moment of life.
Many people know about the healing properties of Red Rowan, but for some reason not everyone is in a hurry to stock up on amber berries, leaving them for winter food for birds. Of course, it is necessary to share with the birds, but in years of bountiful harvests, as, for example, this fall in Siberia, it is simply a sin not to make stocks for future use.
Dry berries will make up for the lack of vitamins in winter.
Rowan fruits promotes the penetration of water into skin cells, helping to prevent premature wrinkles on the face, skin aging and drying out.
Common raspberry
Raspberry leaves and flowers are attracted to help in fights with acne and skin rashes. For this, water infusions and decoctions are prepared from them.
For example, an aqueous infusion of Raspberry leaves is prepared at a ratio of water to leaves (20: 1). Either infusion or decoction of flowers. Dried leaves and flowers are used for cooking. In the summer, you can use crushed to fight acne and rashes
fresh leaves
Viburnum ordinary
In the wild, Kalina can often be found in our forests, at the edge of the forest, along the banks of water bodies. As an ornamental plant, it is readily planted in parks and gardens. Viburnum bushes grow rapidly, letting in young shoots, turning into a whole family.
The time is approaching when juicy red berries, ripe and slightly touched by the first frost, can be harvested to make stocks of nutrients for the long winter.
Viburnum berry juice is an excellent care product for oily skin. They rub oily skin with juice, fight against acne and acne, remove lichens on the face.
With eczema and annoying painful boils, drink
