Calendula
Single large baskets-inflorescences of bright orange calendula today are not uncommon in our summer cottages and in city flower beds. For its unpretentious seeds, resembling bird's claws, the plant has earned the popular name - Marigold.
A friendly family of useful substances has gathered in flower baskets, among which there are essential oils, organic acids, resins, bitterness, saponins, phytoncides and our old friend - carotene. Moreover, the richer the orange color of the inflorescence, the more vitamin A precursor in the flowers.
Water infusion or alcoholic tincture of flowers orange beauty will relieve irritation and inflammation of the skin, eliminate annoying pain. To reduce pores on the skin, reduce its fat content, a teaspoon of dried flowers and a glass of boiling water are enough. After 15 minutes, the infusion is ready for applying lotions and rubbing.
Porous oily skin needs more attention from calendula. Come in handy here
masks from cotton wool or gauze, soaked in a solution of 1 tablespoon
