Mayweed is one of the plants of the family called Asteraceae or Compositae, in Latin the name of this plant will sound as follows: Anthemis arvensis L. As for the name of the family of the umbilical field itself, in Latin it will be as follows: Asteraceae Dumort. (Compositae Giseke).

Description of the navel field

Pupavka field is an annual or biennial herb, the height of which will fluctuate between fifteen and forty-five centimeters. Such a plant will be endowed with an erect stem, which is covered with silky hairs, curly or pressed. The leaves of the umbilical field will be pinnately dissected with lanceolate, thrice-cut or double-cut sharp lobes. The inflorescence of this plant is medium-sized baskets, which are made up by means of marginal false-lingual white and medium bisexual tubular flowers. Blooming umbilical field falls on the period from June to July. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Caucasus, Moldova, Belarus, Crimea, Ukraine and all regions of the European part of Russia, with the exception of only the Nizhnevolzhsky, Dvinsko-Pechora and Volzhsko-Kamsky regions. For growth, this plant prefers garbage places, steppes, places along fields and roads, as well as forest glades. It is noteworthy that the field navel is a very valuable insecticide.

Description of the medicinal properties of the navel field

Pupavka field is endowed with very valuable healing properties, while for medicinal purposes it is recommended to use the roots, grass and juice of the herb of this plant. The concept of grass includes inflorescences, stems and leaves.

The presence of such valuable medicinal properties should be explained by the content of polyacetylene compounds in the roots of this plant, while the fruits will contain an aromatic compound called benzaldehyde and cyanogenic compounds.

An infusion prepared on the basis of the herb of this plant is indicated for use as an anthelmintic agent. Juice based on the herb navel field is used for various malignant tumors, root powder has potency-enhancing properties, and root poultices are used for toothache. Infusion and decoction based on the roots of the umbilical field is used orally for epilepsy, and is also used as an analgesic.

For epilepsy, the following remedy based on this plant is considered very effective: to prepare such a healing remedy, you will need to take one teaspoon of crushed dry roots of the navel field per one glass of boiling water. The resulting medicinal mixture should first be left to infuse for about two to three hours, after which this mixture is filtered very carefully. Such a healing agent is taken on the basis of the umbilical field two to three times a day, one third or one fourth of the glass, not only for epilepsy, but also as an analgesic. Provided that it is used correctly, this remedy turns out to be very effective and the positive effect is noticeable quite quickly.

In case of malignant pain, it is recommended to use the juice of the umbilical herb. Such a drug based on this plant is taken two to three times a day, regardless of the meal, one tablespoon at a time: the positive effect will be noticeable rather quickly.
