Each row should be at least seventy centimeters apart from the other. The tubers are planted to a depth of about five dozen centimeters. All these conditions are of particular importance for the correct planting and cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke. In one summer, a plant can reach a height of two and a half meters. Thus, it will be more difficult to care for them.
