As a child, coming to the village for the summer to visit grandparents, we liked to arrange games in the attic of his five-wall. The attic was full of treasures that turned our amusements into real costumed performances. Today I prefer a spacious, multifunctional, not littered with rubbish attic
Infinity of deficits
Life in a village located far from industrial centers, with a poor supply of household goods, forced people not to get rid of old things, but to put them in the attic or in the basement, with the thought: "Maybe they will come in handy."
"Developed socialism" only sharpened the problem of accumulating rubbish, and the "dashing nineties" brought it to the point of absurdity, when people began to pay wages with nails and other products produced by their native enterprise. Those who produced food were lucky - they could always be exchanged for something else, but the city man did not need nails in large quantities.
Times have changed today. You can buy whatever your heart desires, it would be just what you can buy.
Fear of change
Times have changed, but our attitude towards attic savings remains the same. Not only do we ourselves take to the dacha everything that is not in demand at home, but also our relatives and friends consider it their duty to bring things that they do not need, but, according to an incomprehensible logic, they will suddenly come in handy for us.
As a result, the freshness of the country air is mixed with the mustiness of old things, darkening the country life and spoiling the interior.
Anchors of the past
Of course, there are things that are dear to us by the events of the past, remind us of people who have passed away, of yesterday's happiness. We cling to them like a ship to anchors to stay in one place. But real life is a continuous movement. Any stop is a small or prolonged death. Why die, while our body is still able to rejoice in this world, is able to create something new, and not look back at what is no longer there.
Difficulty making a decision
To live "today and now" (and only at this moment life really exists, everything else is just an illusion), you need to take courage and get rid of the trash. It is more pleasant to walk in the country house in a modern T-shirt and light trousers, and not in old trousers that smell of mothballs. And all these irons, samovars, electric kettles are unlikely to be repaired when a modern, comfortable titanium teapot flaunts on the table.
Junk disposal options
The accumulation of trash is inherent not only to Russians, but also to residents of other states. But, while we treat our trash touchingly and caringly, foreigners even write books with advice on how to get rid of it, dividing the psychologically difficult process into stages:
*
A superficial walk through the cluttered places
Run with a large garbage bag through the places where the imported "at random!" things. Surely, at first glance it will become clear to you that it is absolutely alien to your beloved and cozy summer cottage here. We put this trash in a bag and take it to the landfill.
*
The technique of "littering"
The best rest is not swinging in a hammock all day, but a periodic change of activities. Weed a bed of carrots, devote the next 15 minutes (only once a day) to cleaning with trash in a separate corner of the summer cottage. The next day, devote these 15 minutes to another corner. So, corner after corner, playfully, during the summer cottage season, you can completely rid the dacha territory of trash.
*
Into good hands
If among the trash you find a thing that you personally do not need, but the neighboring children will be very happy with it, give it to the children. There may be other options as well.
*
Raising relatives and friends
Try very tactfully to explain to your family and friends that you have everything you need for life in your country house. Let them look for other places of application for their trash, and not shift their care to your fragile shoulders.
Having rid the dacha of trash, you will free yourself from unnecessary illusions and worries, you will open your soul to new hobbies and achievements.

The Treasures That Are Under Our Feet
Many believe that real treasures are hidden deep in the ground or are located at the bottom of large bodies of water. I want to refute these assumptions. It turns out that a real treasure can be found literally on a path in a big city. I'll tell you a little more about one amazing find
