But that's not all! The specific aroma of carrots is given by essential oils.
Due to such a rich set of beneficial trace elements, various vitamins and essential oils, carrots are a very useful vegetable, which it is advisable to include in your diet every day, and in its raw form. It is especially recommended to eat this root vegetable for those who suffer from night blindness, conjunctivitis, myopia and rapid eye fatigue.
What diseases can this garden healer help with?
The range of uses for carrots is varied. It is used for colitis, runny nose, diseases of the cardiovascular system, liver, stomach, kidneys, with polyarthritis and anemia, impaired mineral metabolism, as well as with hypo- and avitaminosis. By the way, carrots are an indispensable helper for patients with diabetes mellitus. In addition, carrots are excellent for strengthening the gums and are a good antimicrobial agent. For example, in order to reduce the number of various microorganisms in the mouth, it is enough to bite off a piece of carrot and chew it well.
Boiled carrots help with nephritis and dysbiosis. There is also information that it helps with malignant tumors, but I will not argue, since this is an unverified medical fact.
In addition, carrot juice helps with urolithiasis, is an excellent diuretic and helps to remove stones from the gallbladder.

In case of a runny nose, it is recommended to instill 1-2 drops of carrot juice into the nose. This will quickly relieve nasal congestion and runny nose.
For a general improvement in the condition of the body and with maintenance therapy after (as well as during) various diseases, you need to take carrot juice in the morning, its amount should be at least half a teaspoon, but not more than 4 teaspoons of juice.
Nursing mothers need to drink carrot juice to improve the quality of milk.
If a child has problems with bowel movement, then in the morning, on an empty stomach, give him 50-100 ml of carrot juice, this will put in order the digestive system and get rid of constipation.
For angina, you need to gargle with the following liquid: take half a glass of carrot juice, add a teaspoon of honey there and dilute with half a glass of warm boiled water. Gargle 3 to 5 times a day.
With anemia, loss of strength and vitamin deficiency, we do the following: take one large carrot, peel it, three on a fine grater, then add one teaspoon of sour cream (or vegetable oil) to the resulting gruel. We will have breakfast with the resulting "salad". You can replace the above dish with half a glass of juice mixed with 1-2 teaspoons of honey, but you need to drink it 2-3 times a day.
How to get rid of kidney and gallstones? Mix equal proportions of carrot, beetroot and cucumber juices. Take 3-4 times a day for half a glass. In addition, one more thing needs to be added to this therapy: squeeze lemon juice into half a glass of hot water. We drink between doses of carrot-beet-cucumber juice. This method will help get rid of stones in a short period, from a few days to a month.
In addition to all of the above, grated carrot gruel is an excellent remedy for burns and purulent wounds. We apply the gruel to the damaged areas, change the bandage 5-7 times a day.
