Puff zucchini with vegetables
We need the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of zucchini
- 500 grams of carrots
- 500 grams of onions
- 100 grams of celery stalks
- 100 ml. vegetable unrefined oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (9%)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Peel the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into strips 1 cm thick, then boil for about 10 minutes. Finely chop carrots, onions, celery, put everything in a pan, add oil and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix everything well. Lay strips of zucchini and fried vegetables in sterilized jars. Put the jars to be sterilized in a large bowl of water, bring to a moderate boil. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, then roll up and wrap until they cool. Do not turn!
It will turn out to be simply delicious.

Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise
- 3 kg of peeled zucchini or zucchini
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 250 grams of mayonnaise (69%)
- 1 can (0.5 L) tomato paste
- 2 pinches of red pepper
- 100 ml of unrefined vegetable oil
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
Let's start making. To begin with, take the zucchini, clean it from the skin and seeds. If the zucchini is dairy, then they can be used whole. Peel the garlic as well. Zucchini and spicy garlic will be minced. Next, add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pepper, salt and sugar. You need to cook for 2 hours. When everything is cooked, you can pour in a little vinegar. Put the prepared caviar in jars and roll up. After the cans have been rolled up, they must be turned over, well wrapped and kept until they cool.
