Large nasturtium is endowed with a very effective diuretic, antiscorbutic, anti-inflammatory and metabolism-improving effect. As for traditional medicine, here this plant is very widespread. It uses an aqueous infusion prepared on the basis of large nasturtium herb, it is recommended for use in urolithiasis, scurvy, rashes, various dermatitis and anemia. A decoction of the herb of this plant with a small addition of honey should be used for thrush in children and for stomatitis. It should be noted that fresh young leaves of this plant and flowers can be used as a vitamin salad.
