Crows are not at all such harmless birds as they might seem at first glance. It turns out that they can harm both the garden and the vegetable garden, and even your beloved pets! And when the ripening period begins, these birds will definitely not miss their own! That is why every summer resident, who cares about both a good harvest and the safety of his domestic animals, seeks to find effective ways to drive the crows away from their site
Raven nutritional features
Crows feed on almost everything that comes along: earthworms, various insects, fruits, seeds, and even small animals. In addition, they often dig in the garbage, actively abduct chicks from their nests and do not even disdain carrion. To some extent, the omnivorousness of crows is a big plus, because this property turns them into excellent natural orderlies. But at the same time, there is a huge number of disadvantages here!
Why are crows dangerous on the site?
Sometimes crows attack domestic chickens and steal chicks from chicken coops, which in turn causes a lot of trouble for the owners of summer cottages. They also quite often throw garbage near garbage cans. If the summer resident suddenly discovers seedlings torn from the ground (corn and other crops) on the site, this means that in this case, it was the crows who most likely tried. Hungry birds willingly feast on young shoots, grains, seeds, berries and fruits, significantly reducing the chances of hardworking summer residents for a good and rich harvest. In addition, especially arrogant birds are capable of attacking even domestic animals, and not only chickens or cats, but also dogs!
How to ward off crows from the site?
In order to protect fruit plantings from crows, it does not hurt to purchase a special protective net from birds in specialized gardening stores. A ten-centimeter grid is especially well suited for these purposes - while reliably holding large crows, it at the same time will not prevent other, small and useful birds from entering the site. And so that sly crows could not crawl from below, it is recommended to install the grid directly from the ground. By the way, in this case, you can kill two birds with one stone, because the design of the grid allows you to tie up growing crops to it!
All sorts of items for scaring away birds will not be superfluous - CDs hanging from trees, New Year's tinsel and any other shiny things are perfect for these purposes. All sorts of rattling objects have proven themselves well, so you shouldn't give up using them either! However, if you wish, it is quite possible to limit yourself to the traditional garden scarecrow - in most cases, it also copes very well with the task assigned to it. And so that the crows do not have time to get used to this kind of "scarers", you should periodically change their location.
Another effective option is to cover the fruits. For example, in order to protect corn from crows, some summer residents hang a bag or a cup on each "ear". If crow's nests are found on the site, they are ruined without regret. Sensing danger, these birds will never return to the same place.
It helps to scare off crows and the maximum restriction of access to water, so you should not leave open containers with fresh fresh water on the site, and also irrigate at night or early in the morning. And, of course, do not leave open hoses or taps with water for a long time!
And the most advanced summer residents have long ago appreciated all the advantages of ultrasonic bird repellers, so if you wish, you can always join the latest technological advances and also sincerely enjoy the results! Such designs can boast not only compactness, humanity in relation to birds and portability, but also a very impressive range!

We Get Rid Of Kivsyak On The Site
Kivsiak is one of the main pests of vegetable crops grown in greenhouses. These worm-like creatures live in the soil and are polyphagous. These parasites often enter greenhouses together with manure. The harm from kivsyaks lies in their damage to the underground parts of the stems and the root system of various vegetable crops - on these parts of the plants, pests gnaw out small sores. Plants affected by these centipedes wither and gradually die off. The amount of ki eaten by each
