Swimsuit also known by this name as frying. This plant belongs to a family called buttercups. As for the name of this plant itself, in Latin it will sound like this: Trollius.

This plant can be found in the Northern Hemisphere, in areas where the climate will be either cold or temperate.

Description of the swimsuit

The bather can be either an annual or a perennial herb. In total, about thirty species of this plant are found in nature. Such plants can be both low in height and medium, and especially tall. The bather is a finger-cut plant. At the end of weakly branched erect stems there is a single, but rather large flower, endowed with many stamens. The variegated cup, painted in yellow tones, takes over the function of the rim, and the rim of the bathing suit itself has become a nectary. Under natural conditions, this plant prefers wet meadows, and most often it is found in the highlands.

The leaves of this plant form a rather lush rosette, flowering shoots depart from this rosette. In many forms of this plant, shoots can branch out, which will lead to the formation of even more flowers. Thus, the flowering period of this plant will be lengthened. Most of these plants are medium-sized plants: their height will be about sixty to eighty centimeters. Such a view as the tallest swimsuit in height will reach one and a half meters. The Dzungarian swimsuit should be attributed to miniature types: its height will not exceed fifteen centimeters. Each species of this plant is endowed with globular flowers.

Description of the features of growing a swimsuit

For a favorable cultivation of this plant, it is recommended to choose moist soil, which will be very rich in humus. For the growth of the swimsuit, both sunny and somewhat darkened places are suitable. However, it should be borne in mind that this plant will not be able to develop in sunny areas on dry and dehydrated soil.

The plant should be watered regularly and fairly abundantly. However, this plant will react extremely negatively to stagnant water. From time to time, you will need to loosen the soil, as well as weed.

The plant looks great both in group and in single plantings. Brunners and Siberian irises will be an excellent neighborhood for a swimsuit. Reproduction of this plant occurs both through division and with the help of seeds. The division of the swimsuit should be performed in the spring, but the plant is divided by seeds in the autumn. The division of rhizomes can be performed only in the fifth year of the life of this plant; when planting, the root collar should be deepened by about two centimeters. It should be remembered that the plant does not tolerate transplanting very well, therefore flowering will come only a year after transplanting. Cuttings will require young shoots of this plant, as well as summer rosettes of leaves, on which part of the underground shoot is located. As for reproduction with the help of seeds, the seedlings will develop more favorably only without a pick. New plants should be planted in a permanent place already in August, the flowering of the plant will also come in the second year. Depending on the variety, the distance between plantings should be about thirty to sixty centimeters.

It is important to remember that the swimsuit has a fairly high level of resistance to both diseases and various pests. However, it is extremely rare for a swimsuit to become infected with fungal diseases.
