Tamarillo sauce
The red fruits of the Rotamer variety are washed, the skin is cut in several places. Immersed in boiling water for 2 minutes. Take out with a slotted spoon, allow to cool. The shell is separated from the pulp. Add soft Homemade cheese or any other variety, dill, parsley, basil. Salt and pepper to taste. All ingredients are crushed with a blender to a pasty mass. Products are taken in arbitrary proportions. It turns out a very delicate and tasty sauce.
Hot shrimp salad
Products: a clove of garlic, a piece of ginger, vegetable oil for frying, 300 grams of shrimp, lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoons of sugar, 100 grams of roasted peanuts, 4 cyfomandra fruits, mayonnaise or any ready-made sauce of a similar structure, herbs for decoration.
Preparation:
1. Fry peeled shrimps seasoned with lemon juice in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Place on a plate.
2. Saute chopped ginger and garlic on the remaining oil for a few seconds. Mix them with seafood.
3. Prepare the dressing mixture by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar.
4. Cut the cyfomandra fruits into quarters.
5. Mix all ingredients and fry in a skillet for 5 minutes.
6. Transfer to a salad bowl, add nuts, garnish with parsley and dill.
