Botanical tulips, despite their small stature, from 10 to 50 centimeters, attract with a huge variety of flowers. It seems that these charming medium-sized flowers have absorbed the rainbow and mixed all its colors, trying to get new shades. It is thanks to the wide color variety that even drawings can be created on a flower bed of botanical tulips!

For beginners and busy gardeners, botanical tulips are convenient not only for their variety of colors, small growth, but also because they are practically the only tulips that are not dug out annually. On the contrary, being constantly in the soil, they grow, and every year the flower bed becomes more and more interesting.

These tulips, like other bulbous ones, are planted in autumn, choosing for them a sunny, wet area, but without constant accumulations of water! They bloom from March to May, depending on the temperature in the region.

Crocuses are usually short, about 5 to 20 centimeters. Crocus bulbs are planted in the soil in autumn (except for varieties that bloom in autumn, they are planted in spring) in sunny areas. In the spring. As soon as the snow melts, the crocuses will delight you with their flowering. On the same flower bed, you can combine crocuses of different colors, making interesting compositions from them. Crocus bulbs do not need to be dug up every year either.

It is planted in the soil in August-September and blooms from April to June. The timing and time of flowering depend on the specific type of this plant. This plant, like crocuses, has a small growth - up to 30 centimeters in height. By the way, in the flowerbed it goes well with hyacinths.

Muscari prefers a sunny location, like most bulbous plants, but does not like drought during the flowering period. But when the muscari is at rest, its bulb must be in dry soil so as not to die. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that this bulbous plant does not tolerate mineral fertilizing. It is better to just pour peat or humus into the hole during planting.

These adorable spring flowers are known to any summer resident. Delicate, sunny yellow, with a light aroma, they mean the arrival of spring. Thanks to breeding work, they are distinguished by a variety of varieties and colors.

They love sunny areas, but feel comfortable in partial shade, prefer the soil of medium moisture, but tolerate heavy rains and short-term droughts easily. Probably the most unpretentious plants up to 50-60 centimeters high.

They are planted in a flower bed in August-September, and they delight with their flowering in late April-early June, depending on the region, variety and temperature regime.

Outwardly, it looks very much like crocuses, but it blooms in late autumn, when leaves fly around the trees and revives the dull garden with bright flowering.

This flower with a height of 5 to 20 centimeters is planted in July-August, and it pleases with its flowering from August to November, depending on the variety and on the temperature regime of the region. It is very convenient in that you can plant it and forget about any troubles, since this plant prefers to grow "free" and does not like being touched.
