A beautiful flower garden invariably pleases the eye and charges with an excellent mood, but not every summer resident has time and energy to take care of it. How to be, after all, you also want beauty on the site? And why not plant unpretentious bulbous, which are also incredibly effective and at the same time do not require too reverent care? What kind of flowers are these, and how can they please us?

Decorative bows

Most of the decorative onions are not afraid of frost at all - if you plant them at a sufficient depth (at least three heights of the bulbs themselves), then they can easily overwinter even in the ground! Ornamental bows are preferred to grow exclusively in sunny areas, and all care for them consists only in systematic watering and in applying dressings at least three times per season. Subject to these simple rules, decorative bows will delight the eye with their abundant flowering for a very long time!

White flowers

These beauties, blooming towards the end of May, are very reminiscent of large and tall lilies of the valley, and are also endowed with the ability to overwinter excellently in the bowels of the soil. And when grown in clumps, they grow very violently and acquire a special decorative effect. At the same time, each nomad of a white flower can be divided into several independent parts (and this is done in order to plant young specimens) every five to six years.

These beautiful flowers are usually planted from July to September, placing them in partial shade on nutritious and well-drained soils. White flowers grow very well near various water bodies - during the period of their active growth, they usually consume a lot of water. Nevertheless, even in the absence of watering in drought, these plants do not die - they just grow small and bloom to a minimum.

Colchicum

They are not afraid of the cold, they grow beautifully in the same area for up to five years in a row and become a magnificent decoration of deserted autumn gardens! Both to lighting, and even to soils, crockworms are completely undemanding, and the large sizes of the bulbs allow them to do without watering for a very long time. And even the complete absence of any dressing will not prevent them from blooming violently! In general, they are so incapable that many summer residents are simply amazed. The only thing is that if a snowless and at the same time frosty enough winter is ahead, it is recommended to sprinkle beautiful crocuses before the cold weather breaks out with fallen leaves or peat.

As for digging out the bulbs, they are usually removed from the soil only in order to separate the "babies" and plant them. For this purpose, the bulbs are usually dug up in the middle of summer, when the leaves of the plants begin to turn yellow. At the same time, it is extremely important to try to have time to return the bulbs back to the ground before mid-August!

Muscari

This is one of the most unpretentious, but at the same time amazingly beautiful plants are also called "mouse hyacinth". It grows well in the same area for ten years or more, actively producing new bulbs, which are recommended to be planted at least once every five years. Muscari blooms excellently and without any additional fertilizing, absolutely not needing too frequent watering, while this plant boasts equally impressive decorativeness both in the sun and in the shade. The most important thing is to avoid stagnant moisture, as it can provoke rotting of the bulbs.

Dividing muscari usually begins in early summer, immediately after flowering. Even the smallest bulbs of this amazing plant can boast of tremendous vitality - if you plant them in a new place with the onset of June or July, next season they will already delight you with their exuberant flowering!

Hazel grouse

These unpretentious flowers are also very beautiful and spectacular! They grow splendidly in the same place for up to three to five years - they are removed from the soil only for the purpose of subsequent reproduction, or if the hazel grouse suddenly began to shrink and hurt. These handsome men absolutely do not need shelter for the winter, and they will grow equally well both in partial shade and in the bright sun, however, they prefer to grow on a good layer of sandy drainage. And they are fed only twice - before and after flowering. By the way, it is best to use high-quality mineral fertilizers for fertilizing.

And which bulbs have taken root in your flower garden and do not give you any trouble in terms of care?
